Spanish Tutor

Martha has been a spanish teacher and tutor for many years in the United States and spent 5 years teaching at the Instituto de Idiomas, University of Seville, Spain. Her education includes graduating magna cum laude from Furman University, graduated with 4.0 from Bowling Green State University with an Education Master of Arts, Spanish Philology and did Ph.D. work at University of North Carolina in Spanish Philology.

Currently, she is the High School Foreign Language Chair at Mt. Paran Christian School. Her classes are focused on AP (Advanced Placement) Spanish Literature and Culture, and AP Spanish Language. AP’s are high school college-level classes that provide students with an opportunity to gain advanced skills that most colleges recognize for credit.
